Using RFID technology, the RCI 5395R reader interfaces with a wide range of electronic access control systems by complying with the Wiegand communication protocol. The reader operates at a frequency of 125kHz and has a proximity read range up to 6-1/2. The RCI 5395R is UL294 listed for certified access control unit accessories.
